SSTAR Sports Performance, the developer of the Twin Cities’ most productive athlete-driven, sport specific training program, is offering specialized group, and team training and conditioning for all athletes. We offer extensive injury-prevention focused performance training that significantly improves endurance, speed, strength, explosive power, mental focus, agility, and core strength, all while reducing the risk of serious injury. Each athlete’s needs are assessed individually and specifically addressed. No cookie cutter program design here—this program was developed by athletes and doctors specifically for athletes, and can facilitate the needs of all participants regardless of past or current injuries.
We’re excited to once again offer our SSTAR Summer Intensive Training Program for those athletes looking to make drastic jumps in their athleticism and competitive levels! We are excited for this summer as we have even further improved our program to provide our athletes with the most elite strength and conditioning available.
THIS IS NOT A TRAINING PROGRAM FOR THE LIGHT HEARTED. IT IS FOCUSED ON DEVELOPING THE ELITE ATHLETE IN EACH CLIENT. WE DO NOT TAKE OUR TRAINING LIGHTLY AND ATHLETES WILL BE PUSHED BEYOND THEIR LIMITS WITH EACH ATHLETES DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT AS OUR MAIN GOAL!
The summer training program will begin June 10th and go until August 30th, 2013.
Testing will be done on the first and last training session days. The tests will include:
- Back Squat
- Max # of Pull-ups
- Max # of Push-ups
- Vertical Test
- 4 Jump Max test
