SSTAR Sports Performance, the developer of the Twin Cities’ most productive athlete-driven, sport specific training program, is offering specialized group, and team training and conditioning for all athletes. We offer extensive injury-prevention focused performance training that significantly improves endurance, speed, strength, explosive power, mental focus, agility, and core strength, all while reducing the risk of serious injury. Each athlete’s needs are assessed individually and specifically addressed. No cookie cutter program design here—this program was developed by athletes and doctors specifically for athletes, and can facilitate the needs of all participants regardless of past or current injuries.
We’re excited to offer our SSTAR Seasonal Training Programs for those athletes looking to make drastic jumps in their athleticism and competitive levels! We are excited for this winter as we have even further improved our program to provide our athletes with the most elite strength and conditioning available.
THESE ARE NOT TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR THE LIGHT HEARTED. THEY ARE FOCUSED ON DEVELOPING THE ELITE ATHLETE IN EACH CLIENT. WE DO NOT TAKE OUR TRAINING LIGHTLY AND ATHLETES WILL BE PUSHED BEYOND THEIR LIMITS WITH EACH ATHLETES DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT AS OUR MAIN GOAL!

Each week The SSTAR Summer Intensive Training Program includes:
- Two 6o minute small group training sessions
- Access to three 6o minute large group athletic development and conditioning sessions
- Access to SSTAR’s 60 minute Last Second Conditioning Challenge
- Free access to the FUSIONETICS Elite Performance Management App with an individualized at home injury prevention program
