Starting on Monday (1/7), we’ll have weekly strength & conditioning groups for adult endurance athletes! Winter is a great time for runners and cyclists to spend time on strength training and skill development! It is also a great place to meet other local athletes that share in your passion!
Our current classes include cyclists, swimmers, and runners with ages ranging from 25 to 55. All ages and abilities are encouraged to come and check out a free session
Mondays – Women only @ 6pm, Co-ed @ 7pm
Thursdays – Women only 7pm
